Halloween Decor #2

Photobucket

Woo Hoo I figured it out! Now I just need to figure out how to make the pics smaller... ;)

ETA: Sorry I didn't share details of this earlier...I was trying to figure out how to get my pics on here without having to buy extra storage from Google or anywhere else...some of us are on a budget and doesn't Google make a TON of money on advertising? Why do we have to pay for extra storage?! Kind of made me mad at the time...anyhoo...

I actually made these blocks for my Mom. she saw them is a magazine and wanted some for her apartment. (All of her decor is back in Austin still...) The mag said to use foam blocks, but I thought the foam would be too light and I couldn't find any wooden blocks at our local Michael's (we were in a hurry because Zachary was getting antsy) and so I happened upon some plastic photo cubes. They weren't too expensive, they were light enough not to hurt if they fell on your foot ;) and they were solid so if Zac got a hold of them they wouldn't be crushed to bits. :)

I used Modge Podge for the glue and sealer. I have actually never worked with Modge Podge before, and now I think I'm addicted! :)

Hope you like them. I had a ton of fun making them. :) I would love to hear your thoughts so please leave a comment if you  wish. :)
