And here is what I came up with...
The black pattered paper and the pink polka dot paper are both Recollections. The yellow patterned paper is from the DCWV Lemon Flower Stack. I matted everything on black Recollections card stock.
The yellow card stock is Recollections and the white is The Paper Company. I used the smallest square in my Spellbinders Lacey Squares set to cut out the shape. The stamp is Hero Arts and embossed with black powder. The bling is Me and My Big Ideas.
One last look. :) I hand cut the banner. :)
